attentive  |ə'tentiv|  assiduously attending to the comfort or wishes of others

Assiduously—nice word—means to show great care and perseverance. Businesses that "get it" take great care attending to the wishes and comfort of their customers. In short, they know how to make their customers happy. Do you know which of your customers are happy? Do you know what makes them happy? How do you learn if there is a problem? A customer is five times more likely to vent to a friend than to you and they will likely tell four friends before they are done. Scary. Better get Promoterz.
